FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We do our best to share everything about our facility, but we know that are things that we've missed. If you can't find specific answers to questions, please take a look below.

Q: HOW DO I ACCESS AND LOG IN TO SWIFT?

A: Access Swift by clicking "Get Started" on our website's home page. Swift does not have an app that needs to be downloaded. A quick tutorial video is also linked here.

Q: WHAT RESERVATIONS CAN BE MADE ONLINE? 

A: Swift allows you to book rentals, lessons, lessons bundles, camps, and clinics online. You can also purchase a membership to The 5. Any team practices, birthday parties, or other events should still be booked by contacting our team at (323) 894-1987.

*please keep in mind that members are able to book up to 14 days in advance. If you do not have a membership, you will be able to book up to 2 days in advance. 

Q: HOW DO I VIEW MY CURRENT BOOKINGS AND RESCHEDULE/CANCEL THEM?

A: Once you login to Swift, click the icon in the top right to find "My Account"

Then click "Activity" to view all your upcoming bookings or make changes to them.

Q: HOW DO I MAKE MODIFICATIONS/CANCEL RESERVATIONS?

A: Every time you make a reservation through the app, Swift will send you an email confirmation. You can make adjustments by scrolling to the bottom of these confirmation emails and clicking "Manage Booking". You will also receive an additional email reminder 24 hours before your reservation begins.

*please keep in mind that reservations may only be modified up to 12 hours prior to your start time. At The 5, we're committed to providing the best experience possible for everyone, and this policy is meant to encourage accountability and fair use of our facilities. 

Q: I HAVE ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS, BUT CAN'T FIND ANSWERS HERE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

A: It's possible that the answer can be found somewhere else on our website. We have separate sections for pricing questions, descriptions of the facility/technology, information about our memberships and more.
